Kindly confirm your availability for the AGM, which is proposed to be held on one of the following days:

The meeting will be conducted via conference and is expected to last approximately 3 hours, including a presentation followed by a Q&A session. The suggested time slot is between 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM.

During the AGM, we will present and disclose:

* Investment details

* Earnings and performance statistics
